6. Return Shipping Costs
– When the product is defective, damaged during transit, or the incorrect item was shipped, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
– If the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or returns an item that is not defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
7. Refund Processing
